SportsBallsGuy (“the App”) reads public MLB/NFL schedule data to post messages in channels where it’s been configured. The App stores minimal configuration per server solely to operate its features. We do not collect personal information beyond what is necessary to run the bot.
We store (per server):
- Server (guild) ID and the chosen channel ID for posts
- Configured mention user IDs
- Timezone and daily post hour
- Per-game reminder markers (to avoid duplicate first-pitch alerts)
We do not store:
- Message content from your server
- Member lists or private messages
Retention: configuration persists until an admin removes the App or clears settings. Reminder markers automatically expire after the game date.
Data sharing: no data is sold. Data is used only to run the App’s features.

Terms & Conditions
By installing or using the App, you agree to the following:
- You have authority to add apps to your Discord server and to grant the requested bot permissions.
- The App may post scheduled messages and mentions in the channel you configure.
- MLB/NFL schedules and broadcasts can change; the App is best-effort and makes no warranties regarding accuracy or uptime.
- The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- You will not use the App to violate Discord’s Terms of Service or community guidelines.
Removal: you can remove the App any time via Server Settings → Integrations or by revoking its authorization in your Discord account.
